As your business grows, you stop using just one tracking tool. You end up with:
- Facebook (Meta) Pixel
- Google Analytics
- TikTok Pixel
- Conversion APIs
- Heatmaps
- Remarketing tags
- Event tracking
Managing all of these scripts by hand becomes messy, risky and slow. That is exactly why Google Tag Manager (GTM) exists, and why Blanxer has a built-in GTM integration.
What is Google Tag Manager?
Google Tag Manager is a central tag management system. Instead of adding many tracking codes directly to your website, you install one GTM container, then control every marketing and analytics script from inside the Google Tag Manager dashboard.
Think of it as a control panel for your tracking tools.
Why Blanxer built a Google Tag Manager plugin
Blanxer merchants don't just build websites. They:
- Run ads
- Track conversions
- Optimise their sales funnels
- Scale their marketing
- Work with agencies
- Manage several analytics tools
Without GTM
- Every new tracking tool needs developer help
- Scripts conflict with each other
- Website performance drops
- Errors increase
With the GTM plugin
- No code editing needed
- One central tracking hub
- Faster marketing setup
- Room to add tools as you grow
- A cleaner website
That is why Blanxer added GTM as a core plugin. GTM is the foundation for advanced tracking: once it is set up, it is much easier to manage your Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics tags from one place.
What you can do with Google Tag Manager
Once it is connected, you can manage the following.
1. All your marketing pixels from one place
Using GTM you can add:
- Facebook Pixel
- TikTok Pixel
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- Snapchat Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
All without touching your Blanxer website code.
2. Track advanced events
You can track:
- Button clicks
- Checkout button clicks
- Form submissions
- WhatsApp click events
- Page scroll depth
- Video plays
These events are very useful for conversion optimisation. To see how visitors actually move through a page, pair them with Microsoft Clarity heatmaps.
3. Better website speed and stability
Instead of each script loading separately, GTM loads them in a controlled, optimised way, which reduces script conflicts and performance problems.
4. Easier work with agencies and marketing teams
If you work with marketing agencies, freelancers or ads specialists, they usually ask for GTM access instead of website access. That keeps your Blanxer admin safe while giving them control of tracking.
5. Test before going live
Google Tag Manager has a preview mode and debugging tools, so you can test tags before publishing them and avoid broken tracking setups.
