What does Blanxer include?

Yes. Website orders, orders you create from social media chats and sales at the counter all update the same inventory, so there are no double entries. POS, advanced inventory and multiple outlets are on the Platinum plan.
How do Fonepay QR payments work on Blanxer?
Checkout generates a dynamic QR for each order on the Fonepay network. The customer pays with any mobile banking app or wallet, the money settles directly to your bank account, and the order is confirmed without manual checking. Blanxer removes the one-time Fonepay integration fee of Rs 28,500.
What SMS updates do my customers get?
An SMS when the order is received, when it is dispatched (with a live tracking link), when it is out for delivery and when it is delivered (with a link to leave a review). Each message uses the customer's name, the order ID and your store name.
Which couriers are connected?
Pathao Parcel, Nepal Can Move, Pick & Drop, Dash Logistics, Upaya, Fab Bud and Aramex. You send an order to the courier in two clicks and the delivery status syncs back to the order.
Can I use my own payment gateway?
Yes. If you already have payment provider contracts, Blanxer supports direct API integrations with eSewa, Khalti, NPS, Nabil Bank for Visa and Mastercard, and Cybersource by NicAsia for international cards. Custom gateway integrations are available for enterprise and high-volume merchants.
