Most POS software in Nepal is made for restaurants: tables, KOTs, kitchens. Blanxer POS is made for shops: clothing, cosmetics, electronics, supermarkets, gifts. It is strongest where a business sells in store and online and needs the two to agree.
Set up by our team
POS comes with installation, inventory mapping, staff permissions and go-live support. We move your products and stock across from Excel, another system or paper records, and train your billing staff and managers.
Adding an outlet later copies your setup to the new location and connects it to the same dashboard.
Before you choose: two honest notes
Blanxer POS needs an internet connection; it does not have an offline mode. Most shops use a mobile hotspot as a backup line.

What is a POS system used for?
A point of sale system bills customers at the counter, takes payment, prints the receipt and updates stock. A good one also reports sales by product, staff and payment method, so the owner does not have to count by hand.
How much does POS software cost in Nepal?
Blanxer POS is part of the Platinum plan at Rs 48,000 a year, which also includes the online store, multiple outlets, advanced inventory and dedicated support. Outlet setup is charged once per outlet.
Can I use my existing barcode scanner and printer?
In most cases, yes. Blanxer POS works with standard barcode scanners and thermal printers, and our setup team checks your hardware during installation.
Does Blanxer POS work offline?
No. Blanxer POS needs an internet connection to bill, so keep a backup connection such as a mobile hotspot at the counter.
Can I manage stock for multiple shops?
Yes. Every outlet shares one dashboard, stock moves between outlets with a transfer, and every sale updates the stock where it happened.
Is training included?
